AFW uses the RED One and Sony EX-3 XDCAMs to provide the very highest HD and film quality look available on the market today.
We also use the latest pre-production tools, as well as industry standard post-production solutions.
Directors/Editors and Writers/Directors learn more of the discipline they need while expanding what their experience with the production challenges of action film work.

AFW offers hands-on instruction and practical experience in all manner of skills used in action filmmaking.
Students receive training through supervised studio exercises and practical production work shot on location with a professional crew.
AFW teaches production and performance skills in the middle of the excitement. Actor/Stunt players star in the productions that train them, while Fight Arrangers, Directors, and Editors work right next to the pros, learning the tricks of the trade as they go. The results show up in the finished product that goes on the students "action reel."
Directors learn the essential craft needed to tell an exciting action story. Create action sequences using dynamic camera shots, choreography, live effects, and post-production VFX.
Actors learn how to "fight for camera" in a variety of film and weapons styles.
Fight Arrangers learn skills required to choreograph for the camera adapting their work to needs of a variety of film styles and production requirements.
Editors and Visual Effects Artists learn advanced editing techniques, audio editing, foley work, green screen keying, making visual effects sell on screen, and After Effects.
